Sauage Gravy
Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients
- 2 1⁄4 cup whole milk
- 1⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 lb breakfast sausage
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown breakfast sausage in heavy skillet.
- Add flour and stir until the sausage is coated and the flour takes on a blonde color.
- Add milk and bring to boil while stirring constantly.
- Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Season to taste.
