Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini Sauce



  1. Preheat oven to 400 degF.
  2. Cut cauliflower into large but bite-sized chunks, toss with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Line a jelly roll pan with foil and arrange cauliflower cut side down.
  4. Roast until tender, about 20 minutes.
  5. Drizzle with tahini sauce and serve.
