4 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
1 cup Whole Milk
16 tbsp Unsalted Butter
200 g Granulated Sugar


  1. In a sauce pan over high heat, whisk together flour and milk.
  2. Boil for a minute or until the mixture has thickened.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and cool to room temperature.
  4. Meanwhile, cream together butter and granulated sugar.
  5. Add flour and milk mixture and beat until light and fluffy.
