- 1 head cauliflower
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup Tahini Sauce
- Salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degF.
- Cut cauliflower into large but bite-sized chunks, toss with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt.
- Line a jelly roll pan with foil and arrange cauliflower cut side down.
- Roast until tender, about 20 minutes.
- Drizzle with tahini sauce and serve.
